Meg Buzzi is a certified coach and interdisciplinary artist who combines living systems theory, ethnography, and creative practice. Informed by social and participatory art, she works to help evoke transformation and remind people and organizations of what truly matters to them.

A former Chief Information Officer, Meg has led multi-million-dollar change efforts in K-12, higher education, government, and tech. Her most valuable learning is about the significance of building trust when humans are engaged in challenging work.

Meg is a graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop. She's also an Art of Hosting facilitator and a contributor to the books Fieldworking (Bedford St. Martin’s), The Rhetoric of Inquiry (Macmillan), and Narrative Generation (2016). In 2019 she was a fellow at the Nature, Art & Habitat Residency in Val Taleggio, Italy.

Her specialties include: ideation, emergent strategy, high-trust & high-performance teams, coaching, retreat planning, change management, higher education, workforce culture, writing, editing, and tarot.
